What is the check in and check out time?
Check in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is until 12 a.m.
I’m arriving early in the morning. Can I check in then?
Should your apartment be prepared upon your early arrival you will be able to check in.
I would like to check out after check out time. How can I organise it?
Check out after the check out time is possible only if your apartment is not booked for the next night. This information has to be confirmed with reception no sooner than in the day of your departure. Late check-out gives you the oportunity to stay in the apartment until 3.00 p.m. and involves a fee in the amount of 150 PLN. Check-out later than 3.00 p.m. can be provided only after purchasing the next night in your apartment.
Can I store luggage after check out?
Yes, you can store your luggage after check out without any additional fees.
How far is the reception office from my apartment and how long is it open?
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and it is situated in our main building, at Stradomska 7 Street, on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance.
How do I pay for my stay?
Non-refundable reservations are charged automatically with your credit card provided during reservation process. For refundable reservations you can pay with cash or credit card at the reception desk.
How do I get to Stradonia from the KRAKÓW JOHN PAUL II airport?
BY TRANSFER | The easiest, the most reliable and at the same time the most comfortable mode of transportation from the airport is provided by a transfer company.
Total cost of the transfer is 99 PLN (1-4 prs).
The driver picks you up from arrival area at the airport and brings you to the main entrance of Stradonia. Driving time is approximately 30 minutes. Please contact us in order to make a reservation.
BY TRAIN | The train from the airport leaves approx. every half an hour, which can take you to Kraków Main Station (Dworzec Główny). Single adult ticket costs about 8-10 PLN.
BY CITY BUS | The bus stop called “Kraków Airport” is located opposite to the airport building. Take the 252 bus (departs every 30 minutes). Get off at the stop called “Centrum Kongresowe ICE”, switch for the tram number 18 and get off at the third stop called “Wawel”. Single adult ticket costs about 5 PLN (the best option is to buy an hour ticket). Tickets can be purchased at vending machines at the bus stops (cash or card) or on buses and trams (only coins).
How do I get to Stradonia Apartments from the Main Railway Station?
Due to an ongoing renovation in the main station area we recommend to take a taxi to reach our apartments.
I’m travelling by car, where can I park?
Stradonia Apartments offers their guest 8 parking places in a private car park with CCTV cameras in approx. 200 m from the apartments.
Are the apartments suitable for people with disabilities?
Yes, there are apartments suitable for people with disabilities in Stradonia, and all of the apartments have a lift access. Please mark that information in your reservation.
Are extra beds available for children?
Yes, we can provide you with an extra baby cot and high chair, but their number is limited. Please contact us if you want to use one of them.
Is there air-conditioning in Stradonia?
Yes, all of our apartments are air-conditioned.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in Stradonia.
I would like to invite someone to my apartment, is it OK?
Yes, guests are allowed in Stradonia. Please inform the reception desk that you have a guest. If your guest will stay for the night it may involve an extra fee.
Will my apartment be serviced during my stay?
For longer stays, your apartment will be cleaned every 3 days. At your special request we can carry out daily cleaning, but this involves additional cost.
Are laundry facilities available?
Each apartment has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Our staff member will explain you how to use them during check-in.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, sugar, salt and pepper).
Do I need to bring a hairdryer?
No, you don’t need to. All of our apartments are equipped with a hairdryer.
I am a returning guest. How can I get a discount?
Please contact us via e-mail.
I have to change my reservation dates. I have a non-refundable reservation and I cannot arrive.
Refunds are not possible for non-refundable reservations, although we can rearrange the date of your arrival. Please contact the reception.
