What is the check in and check out time?

Check in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is at 12 a.m.

 

I’m arriving early in the morning. Can I check in then?

Should your apartment be prepared upon your early arrival you will be able to check in.

 

I would like to check out after check out time. How can I organise it?

Check out is not possible after the check out time. If you don’t want to stay for an extra day, you should check out at 12:00 a.m.. We can also store your luggage at the reception desk if you’re planning to leave after the check out time.

 

Can I store luggage after check out?

Yes, you can store your luggage after check out without any additional fees.

 

How far is the reception office from my apartment?

The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and it is situated on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance

 

How do I pay for my stay?

Non-refundable reservations are charged automatically with your credit card. For refundable reservations you can pay with cash or credit card (at the reception desk) or with a bank transfer.

 

How do I get to Stradonia from the KRAKÓW JOHN PAUL II airport?

BY TRAIN | Currently, the airport-rail link to the main railway station is being modernized. It will be closed until Autumn 2015.

 

BY TRANSFER | The easiest, the most reliable and at the same time the most comfortable mode of transportation from the airport is provided by a transfer company.
Total cost of the transfer is 99 PLN (1-4 prs).

The driver picks you up from arrival area at the airport and brings you to the main entrance of Stradonia. Driving time is approximately 30 minutes. Please contact us in order to make a reservation.

 

BY CITY BUS | The bus stop called “KRAKOW AIRPORT T1” is located opposite to the airport building. Take the 292 bus (departs every 20 minutes). Get off at the last stop called “CENTRAL STATION”, then take the tram no. 10 or 18 and get off at the third stop “Wawel”. Single adult ticket costs about 4 PLN. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines at the bus stops or on buses and trams. Remember that payment is possible only with cash.

I’m travelling by car, where can I park?

Stradonia Apartments offers their guest 8 parking places in a private car park with CCTV cameras in approx. 200 m from the apartments.

 

Are extra beds available for children?

Yes, we can provide you with an extra bed suitable for childen, but their number is limited. Please contact us if you would like to use one of them.

 

Is there air-conditioning in Stradonia?

Yes, all of our apartments are air-conditioned.

 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed in Stradonia. Please inform us that you are planning to stay with your pet.

 

I would like to invite someone to my apartment, is it OK?

Yes, guests are allowed in Stradonia. Please inform us that you have a guest at the reception desk.

 

Will my apartment be serviced during my stay?

For longer stays, your apartment will be cleaned every 2-3 days. At your special request we can carry out daily cleaning, but this involves additional cost.

 

Are laundry facilities available?

Each apartment has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Our staff member will explain you how to use them during check-in. We also offer dry cleaning services. Please contact the reception for details.

 

Are the kitchens fully equipped?

Yes, are kitchens are fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, sugar and salt).

 

Do I need to bring a hairdryer?

No, you don’t need to. All of apartments are equipped with a hairdryer.

 

I am a returning guest. How can I get a discount?

Please contact us via e-mail.

 

I have to change my reservation dates. I have a non-refundable reservation and I cannot arrive.

Refunds are not possible for non-refundable reservation, but we can rearrange the date of your arrival.
