Main Market Square
Krakow’s Main Market Square (Rynek) is a natural start or finish for many trips.
The heart of the city is also its significant landmark, with the famous Cloth Hall,
St. Mary’s Church, or Adam Mickiewicz Monument. It was a place where people
of Krakow payed homage to the kings for many centuries. To this day Rynek is
crammed with merchants, continuing being the acknowledged ‘city centre’.
