Wianki

Wianki, or Wreaths, is a cyclical cultural event that takes place annually in Krakow, and is inspired by a pagan religious event – Noc Kupaly. Nowadays the main idea behind the Wreaths has changed, but some elements remained, like letting wreaths float on water, telling fortunes, or jumping over bonfires. Today’s event covers with music and other performances.
