St. Peter and St. Paul Church

Located in the Old Town district, at Grodzka Street, is a baroque church, built between 1597-1619. The stunning facade of the building was constructed with dolomite, reminds of the Il Gesu style, but what makes the church truly unique, is the Foucault pendulum. Every Thursday are held demonstrations of the pendulum, which displays the Earth’s rotation.
